James Odgers from Stream Farm, based in the hidden valley high up in the Quantocks of Somerset, will be hosting an evening celebrating organic and local produce at the Second Floor Restaurant.
Guests can learn more about James’ commitment to field to fork sustainability and their share farming vision while enjoying four delicious courses prepared by the Second Floor team. Following a welcome drink and canapés, the Stream Farm menu features Homemade pork pie, pickles, mustard and summer leaves to start, Hampshire Down Lamb, roast loin, braised shoulder, peas, beans and jersey royals for the main event and a dessert of Honey parfait and strawberries.
Stream Farm produces organic beef, lamb, pork, chicken, eggs, apple juice and sheepskins, along with stream-fed rainbow trout, still and sparkling spring water and raw honey.
