Casa Brasil honours the Brazilian Gaúcho’s traditional method of cooking. This involves taking the most delicious and flavoursome cuts of meat, which are then skewered and slowly cooked on our charcoal grill. These mouth-watering meats are carved at the table-side. With each of the different cuts offering a unique and succulent experience.
How it works... Sit down, relax and order a drink. You will be offered a variety of unlimited freshly prepared tapas style gourmet salads & traditional Brasilian hot dishes. Gaúcho’s will then start to bring out skewers of sizzling, marinated BBQ meats. To end your meal enjoy unlimited desserts.
