We are looking for someone with a passion for films and quality guest service to join our team. Reporting directly to the cinema management you will assist in the smooth running of the cinema by working autonomously and as part of a team to enhance the cinema experience of all guests.  This is definitely not a 9 to 5 industry and applicants must be prepared to work evenings and weekends.

 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:-

 

·         Supervising and motivating team members

·         Maintaining standards of cleanliness

·         General administration and cash management

·         Addressing and resolving customer concerns

·         Delivering excellent customer service

·         Providing support and assistance to the management team as required

 

Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable it is vital that you have a passion for guest service with a proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
