Job Profile: To provide a radical customer experience and meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:   

 

People

 

·        Demonstrate Fossil’s six core values

·        Participate in team meetings and training sessions arranged by the Store Manager

·        Maintain a high level of personal integrity at all times

·        Communicates regularly with the Store Manager utilising the available tools

·        Work as part of a team to achieve overall store objectives

·       Adhere to all Policies and Procedures set by Fossil

 

Product

 

·        Ensure flawless presentation standards

·        Master product knowledge by utilising tools provided

·        Present appropriate product to customers with passion and enthusiasm

 

Place

 

·        Ensure that the store environment is neat, clean and organised with standards being adhered to at all times

·        Comply with health and safety legislation and ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of colleagues at all times

 

 

 

Performance

 

·        Meet or exceed Sales Plan, Average Transaction Value (ATV), Items per customer (IPC), and Conversion Expectations

·        Maximise customer experience through Welcome Home and the SSL Programme

·        Be fully aware of and adhere to the correct Loss Prevention audit

·        Comply with any reasonable instruction issued by Managers of Fossil UK
