Located on the top floor with amazing views of Quakers Friars our Bristol restaurant is a perfect destination for our customers to enjoy a light lunch, an indulgent afternoon tea or a sumptuous dinner.   Executive Chef Louise McCrimmon is actively looking for an Assistant Restaurant  Manager to join her award winning team to ensure every customer receives nothing but a 5* service from the moment they walk in. 

 

Very much a Front of House role you will be excited to work directly with customers as well as bring your exceptional wine knowledge to your customer and team. Must natural management skills to motivate and develop a high performing team.   

 

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will currently be working in a successful bar delivering outstanding standards of customer service as well as managing a successful team.  You will have the creativity to bring fresh ideas.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their next step or for someone to bring their current hospitality management skills to a luxury setting.     You will be part of a warm and friendly team who are proud to work for Louise who has won a host of honours over the years, including Chef of the Year and 2 coveted AA Rosettes.
