Shopping should be a pleasure. From the moment you arrive you’ll find a range of services to make sure that your day is enjoyable and hassle-free. Our Information Desk on Level 2 has details of centre activities as well as information on local attractions and the surrounding area. Disability Services



Shopmobility is a scheme that provides shoppers who have mobility impairments, with powered or manual scooters and wheelchairs.  

  • You can find Shopmobility on the ground floor of the Cabot Circus car park, area C.
  • The unit is open from 10am - 5pm Monday to Sunday (Also open most Bank Holidays). All equipment to be returned by 4.30pm.
  • Use of the service costs £1 per hour, or £5 for the day
