Cabot Circus car park is open 24/7

Disabled bays are available on the ground floor and third floors. Parent & Toddler bays are available on the ground floor, second floor, third floor and fourth floors.

Electric car bays with chargers are available free of charge on the first and second floors (parking charges still apply).

By Bus

Cabot Circus is well served by local bus services and the national coach network.

Bus stops for the majority of local bus services are located close to Cabot Circus and in The Haymarket a short walk away.

Bristol Bus and Coach Station is nearby providing bus links to South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Somerset, Bath, Wiltshire and South Wales as well as Bristol International Airport and the national coach network.

National Express coaches arrive at Bristol bus station just a short walk away.

Starting February 1st 2014, The City Sightseeing bus will pick up from Bristol Temple Meads and at 20 other stops around the city – one of these being outside of Harvey Nicholls in Cabot Circus. Visit their website for further information and timetables

The Bristol City Centre coach park is now open at next to the Cabot Circus car park off Newfoundland Road at the end of the M32. There are 13 bays for coaches operating on a first come first served basis.

Please note the coach park is not a drop off area. The nearest drop of point for coach drivers is on Bond Street North (300 metres away).

Overnight parking will be available overnight with no charge for coaches Cabot Circus and Bristol City Centre Shopping is within easy walking distance

Directions for the Hospital Mini-bus

There is a FREE Hospital mini-bus that runs from the Cabot Circus car park to the following hospitals, Bristol Eye Hospital, Bristol Dental Hospital, Bristol Royal Infirmary, Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, Bristol Heart Institute and the Bristol Haematology & Oncology Centre.

Our car park can be found at the end of the M32 when you come into the Bristol City Centre, on the left is a Staples, we are the next building on the left hand side (POST CODE - BS2 9AB).

When you arrive at our car park press the flashing button at the entrance machine to obtain your parking ticket, keep hold of your parking ticket until you return to the car park later on.

Unless you have the use of a blue badge, you will normally find that the ground floor is full each day from around 08:15, once you have parked, take any of the 5 lifts in the centre of the car park to the ground floor, when you leave these lifts, turn right and follow the signs on the floor and the wall along the walkway, when you get to the end of the walkway, press the button on the right of the blue doors to go out.

Follow the walkway around to the left and out of the car park through the glass doors and into the square.  If the hospital mini bus isn’t waiting in the square, please wait under the glass canopy and allowing for traffic the mini bus runs every 20 minutes between the hours of 07:00 - 8:00pm Monday to Friday.

The minibus driver will let you know where to get back on the bus to come back to the car back at the end of your visit to the hospital.

Once back in our car park, take one of the 5 lifts to level 3 and our car park office is to the right of the lifts.  The car park team will be happy to validate your parking ticket to allow you to park in the Cabot Circus car park for £1 per hour up to 7 hours.

By Train

Cabot Circus is just a short walk, bus ride and ferry journey away from Bristol Temple Meads station.

First Great Western offers direct, half hourly high speed services to Bristol Temple Meads from London Paddington, Reading, Swindon, Chippenham and Bath.

A comprehensive local service also operates around Bristol itself. Direct services from destinations such as Taunton, Westbury, Portsmouth, Exeter, Weston-super-Mare, Salisbury, Gloucester, Yate, Cheltenham, Newport and Cardiff also regularly serve Bristol Temple Meads.

FARES First Great Western offers great value Advance and Off Peak fares to Bristol Temple Meads: Single Advance journeys are as low as £10 from London Paddington, £7 from Portsmouth and £7.50 from Reading. Off Peak Day Returns are as low as £8.90 from Cardiff, £9.80 from Taunton, £7 from Gloucester and £5.20 from Weston-super-Mare.

Cabot Circus has over 2500 car parking spaces available for customers, 24 hours 7 days a week. The car park is well lit and has a dedicated 24-hour security team. Cabot Circus Car Park has received the Park Mark Award and European Parking Award for safer parking. There are parent and child parking spaces on the ground, second, third and fourth floor. Disabled parking can be found on the ground and third floors. What is the height limit of the car park? The height limit of the car park is 2.15 metres or 7.05 feet

On which levels can I access the shopping centre from the car park? You can access the shopping centre from the car park on the 3rd floor via the link bridge and on the ground floor via the corner next to Shop Mobility, following the path under the hotel and cross the main road by the crossing.

What happens if I lose my ticket?  Go to any of the pay on foot machines and press the telephone symbol, our Security team will then help you with your lost ticket. Lost tickets are charged at £16.00

Where can I pay for my parking ticket? There are pay on foot machines on every level of the car park by the central block of 5 lifts. There is also a pay on foot machine on the ground floor near to the entrance leading the Future Inns Hotel.

Is there parking for motorbikes? Yes, motorbike parking is available free of charge on the ground floor of the car park, there are two areas with a fixed bull bar for securing your bike.

What happens if the car park is full?  Some Weekend’s between the hours of 12:30 and 14:30 there may be occasions where the Cabot Circus car park becomes full. When this happens, due to the entrance road being so near to the M32, we have to close off the slip road leading into our car park so that queuing cars do not cause extra traffic issues. This is normally for small periods of time between 5 – 10 minutes. During these periods when the entrances to the car park are closed, follow the blue and white P (Parking) signs which will direct you to the next available local car parks.
